Refunds and Returns Policy for Pixel Bunny

At Pixel Bunny, we strive to provide high-quality printed apparel and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our refunds and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

Image Quality and Liability

We are not responsible for the quality of images provided by clients for printing. Before processing an order, we will assess the uploaded images and advise if their quality is inadequate for printing. If the client chooses to proceed with the order despite this advice, Pixel Bunny will not be liable for any issues arising from the image quality.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturer faults. If you believe your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving the item. We will assess the issue and determine if a refund or replacement is possible.

  • Wrong Size Orders: No refunds or exchanges will be provided if the wrong size is ordered. A sizing guide is available on our website to assist with selecting the correct size.
  • Cancelled Orders: If an order is cancelled before payment is received by us, we will refund the payment minus any bank processing charges. Proof of payment must be sent to info@pixelbunny.shop.
  • Dispatched Orders: Once an order is sent to the printers or dispatched via courier, it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Once an order is dispatched via courier, it cannot be cancelled. If the order is returned due to a manufacturer fault, we will notify the printers and process the return accordingly.

Payment Processing

Orders are processed only after payment is received. On average, it takes 2 working days for banks to clear payments.

Copyright and Imagery

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions for any images or designs submitted for printing. Pixel Bunny is not liable for any copyright infringement issues arising from client-submitted content.
